[Resolved]  India Bulls — Online Complaint (home loan)

I took a home loan from India Bulls last year in spetember. THEY JUST DONT COMMUNICATE EVERYTHING CLEARLY. I've list of instances but will make it very short and crisp. Just FYI i have all the possible email exchanged with india bulls write from the executive to CEO. if need arise will paste them on consumer forum to get what i deserve.

1) I got saction letter which says my interst rate will be 8percent pm for two years. By the time they got my loan cleared completely they changed their interest rate to 8.5 for one year. They didnt communicate this with me i was assuming that what it written in black and white.

2) my sanctioned loan amount was for 16lacs. I was charged interest for the days i didnt even get the money or cheque in my hand. Do you think for a working person to pay interest on 16 lacs is a joke and not even getting to use that. to my dismay they add that interst amount to my loan amount and processing fee. It means i'm paid interest and then they asking me to pay compund interest how fair is this.

3) Home insurance. I was offered a 1 year free insurance which was made time and again cleared with india bulls. To confirm i had already spoken to the insurance company and they also said exactly what i was beinf informed by India bulls. Complete complete shock they add that amount also in my loan amount around 35K. now I'm paying interest for this 35k also because it has been spread all over my tenure with india bulls. How fair is this.

4) Spoke to Kiran Manager with India bulls he assured me all the points will be address i had met him twice personally to his ofice in lower parel. I have msgs exchaged with him. Initially he offered me help. but later on he was not interested in resolving it.

5) i wrote emails to all the ceo's of India bulls. Again a shock no one bothered to reply to it. FOr them one customer doesnt matter. If this is the attitude the head of the company has then what should i say it for the ground level employees.

6) Upon exchanging sevel emails and making them understand the above details like a kid that i'm getting impacted big way for me 500inr also matters i earn on manthly basis and not on daily basis like India bulls. A very helping man called mr Mr Vinay. He assured me that will take care of the issue you dont worry. He kept calling me about it i was happy that some one is listening me. He said will get back to you in a weeks time with a complete resolution. He called me and cinfirmed that will refund you the interest amount and processing fee. But when was not discussed, about the insurance amount we need to get more clarification and will get that also refund am ok with his staement. he dis appeared. In the mean time got a call from from some Borivali branch to send me a check for the amount discussed with Vinay. But, insipite of asking them to call me in the morning time when i'm so that i can give them my account number. they called me only twice at wrong time then they also disappered. I called vian and told him about it he said will follow it up with them. again he dis appeared for two weeks. Called him again he said its march end will need some more time - i gave him one more week no repy yet. today is the 14th April.

I want extra ammount to be removed from my loan amount i dont want to pay interest on that extra mney deducted from my account want refund. And proper action on the way you handle your cusotmers complaint. No proper care thats all i can say. Please do something to re gain my trust in you'll. ASAP
