Bring to your notice that i hva taken the home loan from india bull in 2017/12/19, inclusing some additional charges was 38.64 lk. While taking bank has promissed me the rate will be as floating a per rbi rules. Which i for gor 8.35% interest rate. After 6 month the bank started charging interest rate at 9.85%.
From 2017 dec to till now the total principle amount been reduced only by only 1 lakh. I...

I took a personal loan from india bulls and i needed to pay my emis on 5th of every month and i have paid my emis on 5th of every month, even then iam being charged check bounce charges since 4 months.i dont even understand why do i need to pay extra money even though i paid all my emis on due dates. now of their guys calls me and asks me to pay the check bounce charges....

I had availed a home loan from Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd., which I have requested for foreclosure. To my knowledge the RBI has a clear guidelines and policy that no lender shall levy foreclosure charges on home loan.

This is regarding my loan account interest rate. My loan account number is hhlhyd00416532. Loan was sanctioned at interest rate 8.65% in around feb 2018.in span of one year it has been revised to 12.05 percent which is around 39 percent change which is abnormal and exceptional in current market scenario.

We bought a property with mahavir patwa developers somewhere in thane. 2 bedroom. India bulls assisted in the property purchase and never we spoje to developers. Our mistake. Now the developer is in jail and indiabulls is doing nothing to assist. They have wrongly misrepresented and sold the property to us and we are chasing our refund money isince 4 years to no avail.

I have submitted all my papers for disbursement to india bulls office sector 63 noida, they told me that due to deepawali they will initiate the disbursement process only after 12th november 2018 but till today i have been chasing them for the same. Hi all, i have applied for mort-age loan against my owned property, they was proceed with all my details, also sanctioned my loan amount 10l, but at end of the process they was stopped, the disbursing the amount and they argued with me to accept some conditions, which was not told me at the beginning of the process... I took a home loan from India Bulls last year in spetember. THEY JUST DONT COMMUNICATE EVERYTHING CLEARLY. I've list of instances but will make it very short and crisp.
