[Resolved]  India Bulls Finance — Report showing in CIBIL

I had borrowed Personal loan from India Bulls Finance . The time it was taken the amount was 30 ,000 /- . after six month i had taken a top up loan of 15,000/- . When the loan was taken it was said the loan has been given for 36 EMI . Despite of 37 EMI passed the authority was not closing the total loan amount . The i called up them (India Bulls ) and asked what is the balance i have to pay give me the statement . They did not respond . Then i stopped payment the EMI . After One year they settled the issue and i paid the amount which i should pay to then . It is a total lethargic approach from the bank . And now they are reflecting Rs. 17,000 written off from the bank in the CIBIL Report .

While showing this report i am unable to get my housing loan . I approached the same to the Organisation ( India Bulls ) but they refuse to edit the statement . Where as they issued a No due certificate from India Bulls , that stating there is no due from me to this financial institution .

While issuing a certificate of " No due" means they dont have any claim for further amount to be demanded . Then why the do not removing my name from the CIBIL .

I am totally fed up of this issue . Please let me know who can help me from this .
