India Darshan — offer below as per documents

I have taken a holiday package fron India Darshan in feb 2011.I opted to avail the
package from14/08/2011to16/08/2011.for Burja Haveli or equivalent property they offered Hotel Natraj which was much below they status of Burja Haveli.They refused to provide me alternative. I did not avail the offer & requested them to refund
the amount paid for which they also refused.I have sent no of mails for which they have not replied.
