INDIA DARSHAN / SHOPPING CARD — CHEATING

MISREPRESENTED THAT TWO SHOPPING CARDS ONE FOR ME AND OTHER FOR FAMILY WILL BE SENT BY WHICH SHOPPING CAN BE MADE THROUGH OUT INDIA AND THE SAME IS LIFETIME FREE BUT ONETIME PAYMENT TO BE MADE FOR RS. 7,000/-. I PAID IT. CARDS CAME. FROM BOOKLET IT IS SEEN THAT ONLY A FEW OUTLET IN DELHI REGION IS MENTIONED. NO KOLKATA BASED SHOPPING CENTRE OR SHOPS OR HOTEL MENTIONED. MOREOVER IT WAS SAID THAT IT INCLUDES ELECTRONICS. BUT IT IS NOT. IT IS VALID TILL MARCH, 2013. I WANT TO RETURN IT. KINDLY DO SOMETHING

Last week (19-Apr-12; 7:00 pm) I got a call from India Darshan. The person (Kapil; [protected]) said he is executive of India Darshan. He told that as I am using the credit card from long time and is a trusted customer of the bank and they are providing a discount card which can be used in India and abroad as well and will get 30% discount for the all shopping done except for petrol, also i will get holiday tour gift of 2 night and 3days stay with food, lodging at 3 star hotel in any location chosen by me from their list also one pair of Reebok shoes, One Polo watch and W card absolutely free along with this. When I asked him about the motive for providing me free offer; he replied that I was selected as best 10 credit card using customer that’s why it is free for me. After a long conversation the person told that send a message passwd with last four digits of your credit card (HDFC bank) then you will receive a 6 digit password, being influenced by his words i followed his instruction and disconnected his call to get passwd. Later he again called and informed that i will receive a IVR call and asked me to enter all my credit card details and my password, this made me alarmed and i refused to go further and asked him not to send me any offer or anything related and i am not interested to make any transaction on this he asked his senior to speak to me, this senior person informed that he is program lead and in a way started forcing me to enter card details and confirmed that he is not taking any charges and its very safe IVR etc. I entered card no. and passwd through IVR. I was shocked to get a message in my mobile that Rs. 7000/- has been debited from my account. I started firing on Kapil. Now I got a shocking reply from him that as a credit card user you should be knowing that we will take amount from your credit card while entering CVV and passwd through IVR. When I started shouting on him his senior interrupted me and told that he can’t do anything in this matter; also told me that Mr. kapil will be terminated from service. I lost Rs. 7000/-; India darshan has cheated me.

Worlds big cheater's India Dharsan,

My name is vijayakumar.K, i got a call from India dharsan and told that they are providing a discount for privilage customers, the card can be used for any purchase and i can avail 30% discount except fuels.

but now they are telling we dint tel anything like that and cant do anything. they are not speaking with any responsibility. its absolute cheating, how these people are like this as cheating as a profession. help me to complaint about this to right authority and take action. my number is [protected].
