[Resolved] INDIA EMS POST — Non Delivery of Registered Parcels | |
Sir, We have sent four different Registered parcels to India (two to Chennai and two to Bangalore) from JAPAN. The Status shows that they have been sent from JAPAN but they were not to be traced in India. Even when enquired the JAPAN POST, they asked to contact INDIA POST as it is sent from JAPAN. Neither the Indian Postal service at Chennai or Bangalore received the Parcels . They are not sure of it. They simply state that it must be in Transmit. But the status shows that the parcels were sent to INDIA two weeks back from JAPAN. The Parcel numbers are CD[protected]JP, CD0225112JP, CD[protected]JP and CD[protected]JP. We are not sure whom to contact and get this clarified. We have already raised a complaint in INDIA POST Web Customer Complaint Information but we didnt get back anything from them. I am searching for my lost article (Article number # ED[protected]IN)
The status on the net says it has been delivered somewhere in Sahibabad but its wrong, I never received it, Please let me know how to get a hold of my article?

a important trade sample - track number EE[protected]CN from China To Pondicherry
today is October 08th October 2010.
From China it arrived to Chennai within four days
but to reach Pondicherry we don't know when it will arrive .
there is no any updating or any intimation
when we contact our local EMS they does not know any thing and "saying if we get we will dispatch"
Indian EMS world's worst service
India is lacking a lot! Such shame!

Corrupted Indian Customs: (Some one should take action on them...Shame to say India is my country. Totally Corrupted. No one does their job, sply people in Government Service.)

I live in USA and I sent gifts to my dad who is in Hyderabad. I sent it through EMS. I don't know any one in Mumbai. Below are the tracking numbers:

my parcel from china though sing post reached Chennai 3-1-11 today 16-1-11 yet undelivered . i sent many emails for clarification no body responded. i contacted sing post they respond that they asked clarification to indian postal service.

sir i had tracking no ee[protected]cn the sellers from china had send the parcel through ems on 5th of september 12 but after reaching mumbai my parcel is not there after waiting 15 days i called to mubaqi custom they told me that we dont have this tracking number parcel plz lodge complain in china ems, now they are saying we had sent you we cant lodge complain here but you can lodge from there as it is in india.

I haven't received my parcel from HongKong No: RT[protected]HK yet. India is lacking a lot! Such shame! Today is 30.12.2010. I called the people in Delhi and none of them knows whereabouts of my parcel!!! I tried to track it in Indian EMS site but since last 2 days the Indian EMS site doesn't open! And when I last checked it (2 days back) It said it arrived in delhi on 22th december from HK since I am unable to access the site! :=(
