[Resolved]  India Infoline (IIFL) — 9 month incentive not received

I Mr. Nirav Vadodariya joined your company in November 2009 as Branch manager my performance was excellent. So other 7 branches were handed over to me. For the (commodity, currency business and also designation has been changed to Business development manager).
2. As per the company policy (Acts and regulation) i was getting 2% incentive.
3. Suddenly from june 2011 company has not paid the incentive.
4. At relevant time company overall Q to Q growth approximent (-20%) while the growth of branches which where endorse to me was approximate Q to Q + 68 % upside but the company was not provide my incentive to their recpective tenure.No only that with Mela fide intension . Company has also decrease my post

As per company policy I was eligible for following to contest.

1. Monsoon Blast..Rs. 11,000/-*
2. Bangkok Contest

Even above mention 2 Contest I eligible still amount not deposited in my bank A/C.
During within 2.4 year total year of my service I was suffering 3 to 4 time change MY post and location and position.
