I am ex employee of iifl finance Ltd. I have completed my notice period but after 45 day completed till now my fnf and reliving letter not received so please look into this

My name is Vaibhav patel and my employee id is C207435.
I am ready to fill my notice period of 60 days but Dipesh sir relieved me soon after 45 days.but still time not giving me my full and final settlement and releving letter

I would like to bring into your kind concern that my name is Vaibhav Patel and I was working at your IIFL from 6-june-2022 till 15-April-2023 in Sales department as Assistant manager bearing employee id C207435.

That on 1-March-2023 I have submitted my resignation letter which is duly approved by Dipes Rana and also serverd my notice period.

I am writing this letter to state that on 15-April-2023, I got relieved from your IIFL but my full and final settlement has not been done. I request you to kindly do the full and final settlement. i also request you to please share the original statement and relieving letter with me as soon as possible.

please help guide me how can give my full nd final settlement and releving letter

      Hello

      This is regarding personal loan I applied on IIFL. They initially informed that I am eligible for loan post submission of documents. I also completed and approved the emandate process. They said that the amount will be disbursed in 48 hours. I didn’t get the money in my account. I checked the status on their app .. it shows that loan not approved. I m worried about the emandate I have signed n approved

        I received loan agreement and even submitted my nach mandate still amount is not yet disbursed. When im trying to connect with them given nos are always busy and also I didn't receive any call back yet.

                  I requested to foreclose latter of my Home loan account(#IL[protected] on 24 April 2023 and today is 12th May 2023. I tried to call him but his lines are busy. Not able to connect them. Even I did not get any update on my request.

                  My Request number is - 7217237 as shared by the caller. I don't want to pay any additional due to this delay. I request last month because I want to pay the amount before the EMI date but still waiting for their response.

                  Thanks for sharing the details but there is no option to rise a request for foreclose. How customers can rise a request. Also, your customer care lines are not taking calls.

                  What customers can do to get the foreclose latter?

                  your services are very bag for customers. I will not prefer any one to gowith you. You are mentioning this that we take care of customer but ideally you are not doing that.

                  Can you please let me know how can I get my latter, it's very urgent.

                    Home loan account no IL10025240. I have requested for foreclosure letter multiple times however I have not received it. If I check in IIFL office they say they cant give the letter its a centralised process and I will get it in email.

                    Tried calling [protected] but its a automated voice response and no option to choose foreclose letter.

                    Tried calling [protected] and spent more than 200 rupees but still dont have letter.

                      I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that my home loan rate of interest has been revised thrice in the last 1 year. Please look into this matter ASAP they are harassing me like this.
                      At the time of sanction, my rate of interest was 8.75%. Now the rate of interest is 10.45%.
                      They are requested to reduce the rate of interest and adjust all previously paid amounts considered as illegal paid on high rate of intrest.

                                  IIFL is a scam. Vidhi Nagori from [protected] called me politely few times and mentioned IIFL Indore.

                                  She told she is working 10 years with IIFL indore is a free advisory firm, she talked in my mother tongue and encouraged for F&O telling that it is totally safe and secure. She requested me to speak with Deepak Parmar [protected].

                                  After 15 days of polite request I agreed to open IIFL account, Vidhi Nagori only...

                                  My self Riddhi Modi. My last working day in IIFL 13 march 2022 . Till date I am not received my Relieving letter from iifl. I have written several mail, call and massage to all HR department & iifl seniors for last 6 months but no revert comes from iifl sides. I am total harassment by iifl & my future get spoiled becoz i am not able to summit iifl Relieving letter to my current organization. This is discrimination & unjustified work of iifl against me. Kindly suggest and release my Relieving letter as soon as possible.
