Nature of Complaint:
At the time of my home loan disbursal, IIFL Home Finance forcibly bundled two insurance policies without providing full information or disclosure. IIFL loan Agent (Ramu) obtained OTPs from me, stating IIFL technical issues.
Upon realizing this, I immediately (with in 2 days: 23rd November 2023 | Email attached) raised a cancellation request, attaching all necessary proofs, but IIFL Home Finance refused to cancel ...Email attached)
This is a clear case of:
Forced insurance bundling without proper consent
Violation of IRDAI regulations on transparency and mis-selling
Failure to disclose policy terms at the time of issuance
Forced OTP sharing requests by IIFL loan agent during time of disbursal
Unaccounted charges collected by IIFL Loan agent(Phonepe UPI payment screenshot attached. official invoice not received)
Being Exhausted with all the mental turmoil that IIFL has put me through, I have Opted for a Home Loan Balance transfer to Another bank. It is still under process.That new lender Bank asked for Both insurance policies, following which I requested IIFL for General Insurance policy document. Even then IIFL did not respond to my request.
Relief Requested:
Immediate cancellation of both insurance policies
Full refund of premiums deducted
Appropriate penalty and action against IIFL Home Finance and involved insurers
Direction to provide the missing general insurance policy document immediately

    Repayment almost 24 Lakh.
    Now the tenure is 30 year or 369 EMI.

    "I took a home loan from IIFL but this is the worst decision of my life.
    I have taken home loan from IIFL HOME LOANS Loan no IL10123635 named NILESH LODHI But I didn't credit my loan Subsidy till date as already 4 year gone No one is listening to my complaints.
    Companies customer care is very third class and not giving any response even after more than 25 mails and call done. Companies higher authority is also not responding my mails and complaints I had mailed to Nodal officers and Gro but didn't get any revert from them also Company is not giving any service after sales.
    Dear Team request you to kindly help me to resolve this issue asap and get my subsidy credit. I have complained to company seniors monu ratra and venkat but they also not reverted till date.
    Jan 25, 2023 DATE RECEIVE OFFER RATE OF INTEREST 10.25%
    After this he told them that after paying 6 EMIs the interest rate will be reduced, the work will be done, but no response has been received yet.

      I requested foreclosure for account number 8777725 on 23rd September 2024, and I was informed that I would receive the foreclosure letter within 15 working days, as IIFL has a 15-day SLA. Today is 11th October 2024, and I still haven't received the letter. I paid the foreclosure charge of 590 on 7th October, but there has been no response. It seems that for IIFL, the SLA holds no meaning, as they appear to follow their own rules and cause inconvenience to customers. Additionally, they deducted the EMI yesterday on 10th October."

      Why my complain has been marked resolved without providing solution. My complain is about foreclosure, IIFL stated me that withing working 15 days you will get the foreclosure letter and yesterday 15 business working day completed and unnecessary interest would be imposed on me and it's unethical. customer care said you would get it and apart from this we do not have much information. Now why i should pay more Interest despite raised request on 15th September.

        Home loan Cheated by IIFL over 1+ year

        Hi,

        I am very frustrated and feeling harassed with IIFL services.

        I had two loan accounts 863802 & 864126.

        Migsun raised demand of 739234 on dec 22 and the same has been released from your end on jan 23 a amount of[protected] excess amount released from your side without my consideration).

        I am following up with migsun to provide the receipt of the same amount but they are saying...

          i resigned as dated on 1st august 2023 because i got my Canada visa as dated on 7th july 2023 and i informed to my senior verbally but after that they denied to approve my resign and they terminated me without any reason .so i am writing this letter to bring your notice that i have not recieved my relieving letter yet.as per company policy i served my important five years to the organisation with full loyality & dedicated ..

              I was having a gold loan in the mentioned companies branch at babusepalaya and I went to close the loan and take the gold back.The staff has done the transaction and asked me to scan and do the payment and I did accordingly.Later the made me wait for 1 hour and at the end replied the money is not credited so they cannot give the gold back.The staff had done some error in entering the details and I lost my money and gold now at the bank They are really a cheaters.

                I am Sonu Bhardwaj from surat. I have joint iifl in kadodara-4907 branch on 2 dec 2021 and done my job till 19 jun 2023 in that days I have done 2 crore business though gold loan.
                And on 19 jun 2023 I have decided to switch the job and agree to serve the notice period, but as per higher authority they call me and said you have to no came from tomorrow and you have to pay recovery amount, then I discusse that I agree to pay notice period on any branch after 2 day they said ok you will get your relieving letter and your salary also you can take instead quite the job then I agree,
                I have proof of that conversation I am attaching with this mail.
                I have received FNF amount but still my relieving letter is pending please prove solution.
