Nature of Complaint:
At the time of my home loan disbursal, IIFL Home Finance forcibly bundled two insurance policies without providing full information or disclosure. IIFL loan Agent (Ramu) obtained OTPs from me, stating IIFL technical issues.
Upon realizing this, I immediately (with in 2 days: 23rd November 2023 | Email attached) raised a cancellation request, attaching all necessary proofs, but IIFL Home Finance refused to cancel ...Email attached)
This is a clear case of:
Forced insurance bundling without proper consent
Violation of IRDAI regulations on transparency and mis-selling
Failure to disclose policy terms at the time of issuance
Forced OTP sharing requests by IIFL loan agent during time of disbursal
Unaccounted charges collected by IIFL Loan agent(Phonepe UPI payment screenshot attached. official invoice not received)
Being Exhausted with all the mental turmoil that IIFL has put me through, I have Opted for a Home Loan Balance transfer to Another bank. It is still under process.That new lender Bank asked for Both insurance policies, following which I requested IIFL for General Insurance policy document. Even then IIFL did not respond to my request.
Relief Requested:
Immediate cancellation of both insurance policies
Full refund of premiums deducted
Appropriate penalty and action against IIFL Home Finance and involved insurers
Direction to provide the missing general insurance policy document immediately

Please check the all attached files.
Loan amount only 7, 96, 000. Tenure only 20 years 240 EMI.
Repayment almost 24 Lakh.
Now the tenure is 30 year or 369 EMI.
Home loan subsidy still pending. Any time ohter reply for goverment subsidy.

i resigned as dated on 1st august 2023 because i got my Canada visa as dated on 7th july 2023 and i informed to my senior verbally but after that they denied to approve my resign and they terminated me without any reason .so i am writing this letter to bring your notice that i have not recieved my relieving letter yet.as per company policy i served my important five years to the organisation with full loyality & dedicated ..

I was having a gold loan in the mentioned companies branch at babusepalaya and I went to close the loan and take the gold back.The staff has done the transaction and asked me to scan and do the payment and I did accordingly.Later the made me wait for 1 hour and at the end replied the money is not credited so they cannot give the gold back.The staff had done some error in entering the details and I lost my money and gold now at the bank They are really a cheaters.

And on 19 jun 2023 I have decided to switch the job and agree to serve the notice period, but as per higher authority they call me and said you have to no came from tomorrow and you have to pay recovery amount, then I discusse that I agree to pay notice period on any branch after 2 day they said ok you will get your relieving letter and your salary also you can take instead quite the job then I agree,

Last 10months not issue my reliving letter, f&f, gradutity amount.
No response HR Team and Company Higher Officials.
My gradutity amount also hold this company.

I already made the payment for my first emi of Rs 8190 on 02/09/23 20:35 through this link (https://crdg.in/QqcNXZpk) received on my WhatsApp number from IIFL Finance Ltd. Business account number [protected] and have a receipt also for the same. But again the amount of Rs. 8190 has been deducted from my account on 04/09/23 12:27. I want my one emi amount of Rs. 8190 back.

I raised a request for foreclosure of home loan account no IL10069258 on 9 Aug 2023. I got a mail back that they will send me the letter within 15 working days. Today is 1 sep 2023 but I haven't got the letter till date. What should I do?...

Hi Team,

I am trying to close my India Infoline DMAT account and for that I am asking few details to IIFL and they are not supporting and also parallelly they forcing charges on my account and not providing information on charges.

This seems kind of Fraud in IIFL and they are worst in Service.
When we say I want to open a account these people call 100 times and when we say want to close the account literally these people ignore. This is serious concern.

I really need a support on this.
