I placed an order (#18491) on 4th Oct 2010 to send for two watches as gift to my friend in India. I requested the order to be delivered before 26th Oct. The order trail still shows (on the website) the order as pending and status as"will be shipped on 7th Oct". I posted a query on the web site on 29th oct and the auto response on the site was "This query is still open and is expected to close by 01/11/2010". The same message appears on the web site even today. I again posted a query on 5/11/10 but no reply. I even tried to call customer service in US but the contact number given on the website "[protected]" does not respond. I don't know what to do? Can somebody help me to get my money back. I have ordered a phone from India Plaza and product has not been delivered neither they have given the courier details. I have send them the mail thrice and no body is answering that.

The order details are as Follows.

Order number :IN[protected]
Order Date: Aug 3 2010
Status :Ready To Ship

That status is showing ready to ship from past 6 days and no body is responding to the mails also.

The site is not replying to my query since last 6 days.
