I had ordered flowers to be delivered, and made an online payment. But the delivery has been made till date. Its four days past the actual date.
On 29th Nov 2010: I ordered for flowers to be delivered (Order No. IN[protected]), made a payment through my credit card, which was processed instantaneously.
The delivery date was 30th Nov (The catalogue mentioned delivery can be made on the same day, I chose a date later)
On 30 the evening since there was no delivery: I called the customer care, they said by end of the day, the delivery would be made. Nothing happened, so I raised a ticket through their website, for non delivery of item, there has been no response to that (ticket no CNT[protected])
And continuously after that I have been trying to track the order: the status show is: Ready to ship (for the past 2 days), no has been picking up the phone either at the customer care, I tried calling everyday atleast 10 times
On 3rd again I raised a ticket, this time threatening to go to consumer forum, but still no delivery and any response from the company (ticket no. CNT[protected])
I have lost all hopes of the delivery of flowers, but this has agitated me as a customer, this is cheating and fraud, they should have the courtesy to call back or respond.
I ask them to return my money, but there is no way to get my voice across. Please help, a troubled customer
