India Plaza — Item not delivered | |||
I booked a teddy bear with order no. I[protected] on 4th Feb. I purchased it from mumbai and asked India plaza to ship the order to delhi for my friend's birthday. these item was supposed to be shipped in 3 working days so i paid for the product online via my debit card. I also received a confirmation mail from India plaza for the same. Next morning, on 5th Feb when i checked the status of my product, it said "assigned to vendor". till now it says assigned to vendor. money is deducted from my account but the product is not even shipped yet. i raised a ticket with ticket no. CNT[protected] as well on 7th February for the same and for that i got below market reply back: "Thanks for reaching out to us. We received your request (ticket number - CNT[protected]) on 07-Feb-2013. The details of your query is mentioned below. If there's any discrepancy, please do update the ticket. Our customer care representative has started working on your request and will revert back to you shortly." whenever I tried to call on their customer care no.[protected], the reply i got every time was "all our customer service executive are busy, you are caller no. 13". i also did a wait for 15mins on the same call once but till i reached to caller no. 2, the call got disconnected automatically, and this is what happens every time. now when i try to raise another ticket, it just says, "pls login to continue", even though when i am logged in. I have left no hopes now that i will even receive my product. I hope Consumer court forum to take some action against these frauds Was this information helpful? | |||
