I have bought 4 Amazing Georgette Sarees By Varriation (my order no:[protected],cost:2198 along with shipping charge 200) from indiatimes shopping.com on 10th December,2012 which is delivered to me on 15th December 2012.Thereafter I discovered that among 4 sarees 1 saree is fully damaged.After that I called their customer care centre for lodge a complaint against it then they have told me that the damage saree will be replaced within 25 days,they also gave me complain no:575194. After some days one of the employee of the company called & asked me to sent mail along with the snapshot of saree to their mail address,then i sent the mail twice within a week but didn't get any response from them.then I called them regarding this matter,& from those day to today the company fooled me by saying I will be getting call from them within 2 days but I didn't receive any single call from them.Continuously they have given me fake promise.Now I realised that I supposed to lost of 500 rs for the damage saree. Now I want to cancel my order and get back my money but they don't cooperate with me. so I lodge a complain against the company, Kindly look after the matter & do something needful for me to get back my money.Hope to here from you soon.(Here is the attachment of the damage saree).
