Sir, I have received 4 books from India Today Club which i have not ordered at all by VPP which I took as i didnot know that they are books not the Saaz CD pack I have ordered. I am not able to reach them as the web site they gave is not opening. I DONT WANT THOSE BOOKS. I SHOULD BE PAID BACK THE MONEY / SENT C D PACK I ORDERED

I had order for 3 cd's along with that i received a gift claim voucher but when completed the formalty as asked it was not responding says please check the details once again i mail to ITBC MOre than 20 time i also got reply through mail but still i was not able to avail the Gift if they can not afford the gift then why they annouce such thing this is fruadult thing now i am trying to open the website http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm the website itself not opened

India Today Book Club — Non reciepent of free gifts

I booked Agatha Christy DVDs along with free gifts assured of REBOCK shoes and Free HOLIDAY Voucher through order no OGA[protected]. in October 2008.
I recieved DVD set of same on 3.12.2008 but still didn't recieve any free gifts.
I also mentioned the details of free gifts.
I send massage to ITBC regarding non reciepent of free gifts but they asked me to book my free gifts on their website. I tried to open the site hich is not opening.
They send me mail but as nothing more.

can u send it as soon as possible, my invoice no is ora[protected], ref:ITBC/RD/21691 dated 27/11/08

For having purchased books/CDs I was offered free gifts and was advised to log on to the web sites http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm
& http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/offers.htm wherein I was directed to furnish requested details viz.Unique Code, ITBC Membership No, Invoice No & Email.
Despite of furnishing all details( Unique Code:[protected]A[protected], Membership No:.ITBC08616397, Invoice No: ORA[protected], Email :[protected]@YAHOO.COM ) the site is throwing the error please fill in correct details. The same was brought to their notice and I was advised to log in after 48 hours. Even after 48 hours despite of several attempts the result IS the same. I sent several mails to them including to their executives in this regard but I didn't hear any response from them. They are deceiving the members by prompting gifts offers.

SUR -16 CDS — NON RECEIPT OF WATCH AND GIFT VOUCHERS

I paid 2599 for 16 cd of sur thru on line, and today I have received the parcel, to may surprise there is no invoice, and only beneton watch is there. there is n o sight of gift vouchers, and other costly watch which is supposed to be sent. pl clarify.

secondly again I paid rs 999/ on line, I recd parcel to day, i got reebok key chain/ vallet, along with invoice. there is no gift vouchers.

pl do the needful, and reply fast.

I received a call from India Today book club stating that I tried a transaction from my credit card for getting Reebok shoes worth Rs 2999 and Trendy United Colors of Benetton Watch worth Rs 2600. This means 75% discount for me. The contact person name was Mr Robin. The amount after getting 75% discount of Rs 1699/ was deducted from my credit card account

Regarding this offer no confirmation mail is given to me nor the gift was delivered at my address.The amount of Rs1699/ has been deducted from my credit crad.

I had taken delivery of 16 CD pack parcel on 4.4.2009 against the payment of Rs 1099 as per invoice, whereas, as per offer made, I have not received the free gift offered spectacle worth of Rs 3000/= along with the CD pack received.The letter says to claim the same by way of submitting the invoice no. Such a reputed company can play like this with masses is realy a matter of surprise.

I was using Airtel since last two year, my problem is that not conversation with my home mobile no. in Bihar Airtel mob.no. [protected]. I contact customer care Delhi 21 july-09.Reference no 22180497. Customer care executive told me your complaint complete by 48 hor. After 3 day Airtel customer car executive call and told me this not my problem, your problem in Bihar no. and you contact to Bihar Airtel customer car. I flow his order and complain to Bihar customer care executive by 24july-09 to Mr. Amit to this no [protected]. (Bihar Reference no.342861) Executive told me I’ll taken two-three day to solve your problem. But my problem has been not solved to till date.

I called to home no.in Bihar by other operator like (tata, reliance, vodafone ) my conversation is completed
Only problem is Airtel to Airtel

Airtel Delhi and Bihar is not in a position to provide proper services to the customers, I request them not to harras the customers,
