I had been informed by Mr.Sami Hasan & Mr.Azeem Khan of India Today Book Club (e-mail [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com) that my subject Consignement has been dispatched through dartmail courier service ( C/no.[protected] dtd.30/03/09)
for which I have already made full online payment of Rs.5697.00 through my credit card but I regret to say that till date I have not received my consignement. On contacting there customer care telephone no.
[protected], I have repeatedly been assured the I will be receiving my consignement in another 2-3 days but nothing has happened till date.
They are sitting tight on my money for the last one month & have done nothing to ensure the delivery of my consignement at the earliest..
