[Resolved] India Today - English — Non-receipt of subscription no. ITE154296
I have requested for renewal of India Today- English magazine for which I received a formal communication from India Today vide letter dated 27.08.2009. I have been writing to India Today ([protected]@intoday.com) since a month (No.of Emails written = 8 ) and have been receiving wonder assurance that the problem will be solved with two working days which never happend. Further , I am yet to receive my gift also. I am frustrated with the quality of response which believes in writing assurances to customers like me rather than solving the problem. I have now requested for refund of my subscription amount which may please be done. Joya Mookherjee Mobile +91 [protected] Was this information helpful?
