India Today Magazine — Delay / Non-receipt of magazine issues | |
My Subscription Number is ITE1889036 (one year subscription for India today-english magazine). Despite so many complaints i either dont receive my issues on time or else i dont receive them at all. Every week i have to call them up to remind, that i have not reeceived my issue and then they send me next week. i am seriously upset with this weekly routine of calling them up. Could you please help me with this matter and get my refund processed. Nobody is taking any responsibilty at India Today and every time they claim that such delays wont happen in future but it is the same story again and again. if you need any further information from my end then please do let me know.
