India Today Weekly Magazine (English) — Non receipt of free gift | |
I have renewed my India Today subscription for another 5 year period on 20th January, 2008. The scheme was inclusive of a free gift of a cordless telephone. But I have not received that still. My subscription membership number is : ITE244640. Was this information helpful? | |

By this following promotion add I had paid money through internet banking, I had get subscribtion no. ITE-1898613 MY SUBSCRIBTION STARTED FROM[protected] BUT STILL I AM NOT GET ANY COPY. I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE 9 TO 10 TIMES THEY ARE ASURRING ME EVERY TIME WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS U WILL GET ALL COPIES BUT EVERY CALL ONLY ASURRANCE THEIR IS NO RESULT. AND GIFT ALSO SAME THEY TOLD AFTER SUBSCRITION 3 TO 4 WEEKS STILL THE WEEKS ALSO SAMEDear Sir,
l am last 3 months back made payment for weekly magzine from india
today english one but still nothing received I called 20 times their
customer care 3 times mailed but still nothing happened.

i have not receiving the INDIA TODAY MAZINE REGULARY and i ahve not got the gift from india today,
when ever i call to them they will say that we have already delivered the gift to u and ihavegiven the confernation also but we have not rreceived any kind ofgifts from them
so i an fed up of india today service i have decided to diacontinue the mazine for ever
i here by request you to please inform the respective department to do the things
