wanted to bring into your notice abt the discrimination happening to the freshers engineering students in IT company called MPHASIS .
We were selected in Mphasis as software engineer on sep 2007 during our 7th semister engineering ( campus selections) .We belong to 2008 passout batch. Due to recession our joining date was put on hold, and were made to wait for 1 and half years, and still we are waiting for the joining date . Now the problem is, that Mphasis has started calling a new batch on 22 sep 2009, and majority of the people called in that batch are our juniors ( 2009 passout), when we ( around 400) people belonging to 2008 batch are still waiting for joining date, how can a company call our juniors ( belonging to 2009 batch ) .When asked to our HR we are not given any response, we people are not even allowed to talk to our HRs, when we visit the office, nor they answer to our mails.
Dont you think this is a discrimination going on in such a big IT company.?
We people were not even allowed to attend campus interviews for other companies during our collage placements, since we were selected in Mphasis . And most of the collage does that to ensure 100% placements.
We people have heavy educationloans on us, at this situation how can a company do this ?

I had taken Laser treatment which is called Photo Facial also from ELEGANZA Clinic, New Delhi..
They have burnt my face horribly and post treatment they have not given me ice or cool therapy to reduce the burning.. After burning my face I have got black big spots on my face and now they become Red and it is not forever in my entire life.. I wanted to reduce some pigmentation from my face otherwise it was good but now they have completely destroyed my face and I have to live with so much of frustration. Every moment of my life I am just regretting why I went there to get this treatment..
They will tell you like it takes max two days to get away the marks and burning spots but its not gone and they will never listen and call you for anything to get rid of this..
I just want to share this information so you will not be cheated by these clinics !!
Could someone tell me how to complain to news channel regarding this.. I wanted to learn them a lesson for the mentally frustration I am suffering.. I do not think they will compensate these kind of things...

Female employee thrown out of mnc for conduct reasons
a fresher female recrutiee was thrown out bya leading mnc in mumbai.She was the only female employee in the whole male team except a girl in a clerical job.after a trainning session this female was forced to resign because she danced with some one other than boss at a office party and had went for a swim though alone as she had given a reason of illness .she was treated as an outcast and no reason was given as a justification but just told that her conduct was not good and threatened her if she asked for more reasons it would be bad for her.pls contact for further details.[protected]

I have applied an 2 idea postpaid connection and get postpaid SIM in[protected], it has been activated on 11.08.2010. when checked in 12.08.2010 and made only three calls around 27 min both SIM call duration. i got the SMS from idea that your bill is 697.00RS. i have already complaint in costumer care in idea but still not get the solution. i am totally frustrated.

India tv often gives unathentic news.today at 6.30pm chanel is transmiting a news with heading "HOW WATER CHANGES IN PETROL" I disagree due to folowing reasons 1-water float on petrol and does not mixed with petrol.any vehicle may run having water in it till there is existing petrol 2-h2 and o may not be seperated so eagily as shown 3-h not buns with petrol burnig system.it is my susetion to aditer of this program to contact som athentic scientist d.b.singh from gorakhpur. e-mail address [protected]@gmail.com
maamusic channel night 10:00 program (guess actress) is a very bad program because that program is try to cheat every one it is true 100% true and try to stop it soon.
We were selected in Mphasis as software engineer on sep 2007 during our 7th semister engineering ( campus selections) .We belong to 2008 passout batch. Due to recession our joining date was put on hold, and were made to wait for 1 and half years, and still we are waiting for the joining date . Now the problem is, that Mphasis has started calling a new batch on 22 sep 2009, and majority of the people called in that batch are our juniors ( 2009 passout), when we ( around 400) people belonging to 2008 batch are still waiting for joining date, how can a company call our juniors ( belonging to 2009 batch ) .When asked to our HR we are not given any response, we people are not even allowed to talk to our HRs, when we visit the office, nor they answer to our mails.
Dont you think this is a discrimination going on in such a big IT company.?
We people were not even allowed to attend campus interviews for other companies during our collage placements, since we were selected in Mphasis . And most of the collage does that to ensure 100% placements.
We people have heavy educationloans on us, at this situation how can a company do this ?
