Hi,
I was watching india tv in 12pm news on 14th march 2011.In that section there was a news regarding indian student who was studying in australia had been raped. They were revealing all the identity of the victim including her name, place, even photo. I was shocked to see that. I think its common practice not to reveal such things in the media. I shuffled over another news channel unfortunately they were also showing the same news....

Me and other my friends are mentally harrased by the news shown on INDIA TV. This is the worst ever torture faced by us in our whole life. The special events news like "hawa mein udane wala admi" they have shown last month is the worst ever torture.
The same dialogue and same scene they repeats atleast 30-40 times again and again at the same time. Before showing final thing it takes 1 hours to go to end and showing actual thing and this is done by repeating again and again same dialogue, same written headings on screen and same clippings.
Everytime it happens that they show same clips and dialogue atleast 30-40 times for some events.
Me and my room mates are mentally tortured from INDIA TV

I purchases SONY ERICSSON W200I phone on 09/05/08 and since I have purchased SONY ERICSSON product, my ownership experience has gravitated from bad to worse and since then I have been regretting my decision to purchase SONY ERICSSON product.

The mobile phone started giving me problems right from day I purchased. It had to be sent for repairs on 28/07/08 (Complaint ID SES08SAP14892) within 2 months from the date of purchase. I was promised a quick fix solution by the authorized service centre by makeshift repairs only to land with the authorized service centre for repairs on Nov-2008. This was followed by more repairs on 09/03/09 (ID SES09SAP11158) and 14/04/09 (Complaint ID SES09SAP11158). The ordeal was further aggravated by inconsequential commitments given by the service personnel to have resolved all the defects in the product after every service cycle only to land up with the repairer again after a couple of days and till date the defect has not be resolved. The SONY ERICSSON branded product purchased by me has turned out to be a liability rather than an asset. I have already paid high price for the product but have been unable to realize the value of the product in spite of paying the required cost of acquisition.
As per the suggestion given by the Call centre Executive of SONY ERICSSON, I have kept my mobile phone with SONY ERICSSON Authorized Service Centre (SAP Mobile Service Centre, Dadar, Mumbai), who in turn had given the Complaint No.SEO[protected] dated 12th May 2009. Till date my phone is with them only and whenever I have tried to contact them, the reply is “they are waiting for the child part which SONY ERICSSON is going to furnish”. I have already escalated this to SONY ERICSSON customer care department and the proofs of escalation are attached with this letter. As per my last conversation with service centre the message which was conveyed to me is even if I get this parts replaced under warranty the same will be remain under warranty for next 1 month only, and any problem arises thereafter will have to be bear by myself.
From the above experience I have concluded that the mobile phone had a latent manufacturing defect and hence the problem could not be resolved by SONY ERICSSON service personnel even after repeated visits to the Service centre for repairs. The fact about a latent manufacturing defect in the product was cleverly concealed from me at the time of selling the product and thus you have cheated me. I certainly deserve a better ownership experience and was needlessly made to suffer this ordeal for the past 9 months my only fault being my decision to purchase a SONY ERICSSON branded product.

We were issued a pre-sanction letter in the name of both real brothers Mr. Vikas Jain & Mr. Vishal Jain jointly (same has been attached for your ready reference) from IDBI Bank.
On the basis of the pre-sanction letter being issued to us jointly in the name of both the brothers, we finalized the property at Charkop-Sector 8. Pre-sanction letter provided approval of Rs.43 lacs loan amount after considering the financial strength of both the brothers on submission of required documents. The property deal was finalized at Rs. 41.75 lacs i.e. within the approval limit being sanctioned to us.
When we approached the back for issue of sanction letter & subsequent disbursement of loan amount, we were surprised & shocked to know from the bank officials that IDBI Bank in normal circumstances does not disburse home loan to two brothers in joint names. If that be the case our first issue is that how could the same bank officials issue us a pre-sanction letter jointly in the name of both the brothers. If we were made clear in the first instance itself that loan cannot be disbursed jointly in the name of both the brothers, we would have approached other banks. We in-fact approached Bank of Baroda later & we were informed that the bank provides loan to both the brothers in joint name.
We visited IDBI Bank, Kandivali branch on 11th July, 2009. We met Mr. Vinayak Sabnis, Branch Head; provided him with the pre-sanction letter earlier issued. Mr. Sabnis discussed the issue with Mr. Prashant Manjrekar (we were not a part of their meeting) & finally assured us that they both would seek approvals from their boss Mr. Kamath & would come back to us by Monday, 13th July, 2009. Mr. Sabnis also agreed that it was the mistake of the bank to issue pre-sanction letter jointly in the name of both the brothers.
The grievance further added when Mr. Sabnis informed us that we have to submit LIC Policy to the extent of Rs.5 lacs as additional collateral security as the loan were in the joint name of both the brothers. Although we were not informed about this at the time of seeking pre-sanction approval, we provided our full co-operation to the bank & provided them with the LIC policies of Mr. Vikas Jain & Mr. Vishal Jain to the extent of Rs.2.5 lacs each.
To add more to the earlier faced grievance, we were informed by Mr. Sabnis to provide them with the surrender value of the policies. However, since the policies have not completed 3 years from the date of issue (which we cannot be blamed for), they do not have surrender value as of now.
Finally we were assured by Mr. Sabnis on 16th July, 2009 that he would check with the higher authorities for the waiver of 3 year period for subsequent approvals.
So to sum up the whole issue following although we have whole heartedly extended our co-operation to the bank to expedite the process of disbursement of home loan, we have not received the sanction letter & the last but the most pathetic situation is that “we may have to forgo the property deal all due to the negligence of the bank officials”. The owner of the said property is not ready to co-operate with us any further & we also cannot expect some more co-operation from his side.
Kindly look into the above matter on an urgent basis & provide us with the required solution so that we could materialize the property deal without any further delay. We approached the IDBI Bank to materialize the property deal with less of hazards & providing them with maximum co-operation.

I wanted to bring into your notice abt the discrimination happening to the freshers engineering students in IT company called MPHASIS .
We were selected in Mphasis as software engineer on sep 2007 during our 7th semister engineering ( campus selections) .We belong to 2008 passout batch. I had taken Laser treatment which is called Photo Facial also from ELEGANZA Clinic, New Delhi..
They have burnt my face horribly and post treatment they have not given me ice or cool therapy to reduce the burning.. After burning my face I have got black big spots on my face and now they become Red and it is not forever in my entire life.. I wanted to reduce some pigmentation from my face otherwise it was good but now they have completely destroyed my face and I have to live with so much of frustration. Every moment of my life I am just regretting why I went there to get this treatment..
They will tell you like it takes max two days to get away the marks and burning spots but its not gone and they will never listen and call you for anything to get rid of this..
I just want to share this information so you will not be cheated by these clinics !!
Could someone tell me how to complain to news channel regarding this.. I wanted to learn them a lesson for the mentally frustration I am suffering.. I do not think they will compensate these kind of things...

That Indian NEWS channels are very Negative kind. They are showing an News to make money only. News such which is not related to our day to day life . No working environment: This Company does not allow or believe in helping grow their employees. No salary on time, no proper payment procedure. Salaries are deducted, no matter if you work for full day (example: internet not working - salary deducted depending on the internet down time, either it can be half day or full day depending on the downtime, electricity or generator problem salary get deducted because the employee says it's your responsibility to take care of those things) and many such thing more. The page will run out of space but the list won’t be less.
2. Pirated Software: Pirated Software being used in the company, almost each and every system is full of pirated software example: - Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and many more.
3. Hitler Ship: If you have any problems, I mean any and you complain or discuss with the management then you are fired from the company. They will not pay your balance, they will not provide your papers noting.
4. Being Abused: Mukesh and Vijay (Company Owners) always talk with you in abusing language like “Tere 6 year or 8 years experience ki esi ki tesi”, “Bhenchod”, “Bull Sit” etc. Most of the time they try to threaten the employees. Vijay always said to employees that he will spoil the career even if you haven’t done any mistake. But he can’t do anything. He can only bark like a dog.
5. Work Ethics: The company employer is very straight forward in this matter, if the client has paid for any project and the hours end at some level where the work cannot be afforded to be left at that end, guess what you have been ordered by the employer to stop the work at the same time no matter what. And guess what the clients never comes back once gone or once availed the services. So you can decide if they have such ethics and attitude towards client then what will happen with any employee?
6. False commitments: All you get on the appointment letters are never meant to be followed by the managements or the company. It's always the employee who suffers here. We all know why the companies have HR? (to be a bridge between the employee and employers) but here, it's different scenario, anyone will come to know when one will face one. At the time of joining they ask you to sign the employment bond and submit the cheque of 1 month salary. And when you will leave the company they will submit your cheque and you will loss 1 month of salary or they will file a case against you when the cheque would be bounce. Lol
7. Getting Aboard?: You will be flattered by the look of the building, because it gives feels like it's a big company having Oracal Company Office in the same building in Gurgoan. But the fact is that they have only single room just for the interviews. And they make employees fool from the begging. They have working office at residential place (37/17, 3rd Floor, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi) and it’s a two room office". So, think twice before joining this company'.
I've lot more to reveal about this company and protect one carrier being spoiled but it's the face that no one will believe me until unless they are The VICTIM;. So, why not try and give a shot to believe it:.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY PEOPLE ARE GOING AGAINST MEDIA. I HAD FAITH ON NDTV AS A FAN OF MR. ROY FOR LONG TIME, HOWEVER THE SAME CULTURE OF OTHER CHANNELS HAS IMPREGNATED NDTV TOO. SAD TO SEE A NEUTRAL CHANNEL HAVING SUCH IGNORANT, NON-SOCIAL, BULLYING, RUDE ANCHORS/HOSTS. THIS POST SHOULD REACH RESPECTIVE PERSON AND EVEN PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SEE OUR NEWS MEDIA CLEAN AND NEUTRAL WITH BETTER SOCIAL UNDERSTANDING WHICH CAN DELIVER NEWS IN THE WORDS OF NEWSMAKER.
