[Resolved] Indiabulls Real Estate — No demand letter, Registration or update about the project | |||
Dear Sir, I ve booked a flat at Indiabulls Panvel (GREEN), Flat # J 802 in Jul 2009 and paid 20% of the booking amount as per their demad letter. Since last one year there has been no communication from the developer in terms of demand, regitration or progress of the project. Ive sent several mail to thier customer care and CEO, but no reply. I have a similiar complaint. I have also booked a flat Y 1203 in India Bulls Panvel Greens project and paid 20% booking amount in Jul 10. SInce almost last one year there was no intimation from the company reg signing of agreement. In Jul this year they finally intimated that they want two installment to be paid (around Rs 8, 50, 000/-) within ten days or my allotment will be cancelled and amount paid forfeited. I have sent numerous mails to their customer care and CEO but they have not replied. What should i do.
