Urgent complaint for mis behavior by recovery agents of dhani

Dear Sir,

This is to please be noted I had taken a personal loan from an app named Dhani[protected]. I used to withdraw some amount from the app and was deemed to pay the same in 3 months of EMI. My Limit is 25000/- Rs which I used to pay on time. After that my Loan Amount increased to 350000/- without my prior knowledge. Also, it is to be noted that I am staying with my family in diplomatic condition with hand to mouth....

Fraud done by Dhani Finance

Abhishek mondal from dhani finance taken money from me (2150/- as processing fee, 3250/- twice as service charges and TDS, 4665/- as transfer fee) and again asking for 5525/- as RTGS tax... however he has not transferred loan amount of 1.40 lacs.Now threatening me that next month onwards EMI will start, I haven't received the amount..he is citing that RBI and HDFC placed the loan amount on hold as I haven't paid Govt tax.A SBI employee aakash...

Wrong billing & affecting cibil score

I was using dhani freedom card in May 2020, although i had clear all the dues they kept charging me subscription fee again and again and i kept paying it but i got exhausted because i was paying money without using the card i asked dhani to deactivate the card but they ask me to pay one more amount before deactivating the card again i agreed to pay in Dec 2021 but still there is a outstanding showing in my cibil which is affecting the cibil...

Urgent solution required to closure of my account

It is disgusting and disappointing to understand that india bulls dhani are fooling common people in the name of interest fee loan., subscription and exorbitantly high late payment fees which is not desirable to a common people.

I have been repeatedly conveyed my issues in this platform and india bull concerns are not bothered to resolve the issue instead busy in collecting money illegally by charging high LATE PAYMENT FEES/SUBSCRIPTIONS...

Wrong CIBIL reporting for dhani loan account CL09034947 for October & November 2021 and False promises being made.

I RECEIVED A CALL LAST THURSDAY FROM YOUR GRIEVANCE TEAM PROMISING THAT THE LATE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED / CORRECTED AND MADE TO “0” FROM “43” days late for Loan ID CL09034947 in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX credit bureaus.

However having refreshed the CIBIL report, EXPERIAN report and other bureau reports on 17.01.2022, TO MY UTMOST HORROR I still see the late payment of 43 days for the month...

Cancellation of home loan

I would like to cancel home loan which was taken in the year 2017. It was a under construction of Vijay Raja Ideal homes at Gudapakkam near Thirumazhsai. I'm praying pre emi till now for which I haven't taken possession of my flat.
