I tried to order product thru Amazon Rs4800 using dhani freedom card on 5 January.. transaction failed, but money was deducted..now app is showing me to pay first of 3 EMIs to be paid by today.refunded amount is not reflecting in my dhani account.please help

    I am not able to cancel my onefreedom subscription plan. When I try to cancel my subscription it is showing as I'm having due of 149Rs, but when I check to pay the due it is showing as no dues. Because of this I am not able to cancel my subscription. I dont have any pending dues and I paid all my subscription till now.
    Trying to sort the issue with dhani support team for more than 6month and they are not willing to help. Dhani support reference id :[protected]dated: 23/07/21), 25015822, 25016134, 25726944. I sent several emails to them and even called them. They are telling me that someone will call me to solve the issue. They are calling daily to tell new offers but no one called me to solve my problem. Please solve my issue.
    IndiaBulls customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Just received 2 missed call from dhani. Are you going to tell me that I am not picking up phone.
