[Resolved] Indiaflowergiftshop.com — Not deliver the product in prescribed time and also not refunding the money back after 15-16 days | |
Dear Sir/mam I am karan Veer Singh/ Nancy Sharma from India want to file a complaint against www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for not delevering the service in time or also not refunding the money back to my account. My friend's brother situated in meerut named Capt. Arun Sharma posted in meerut cantt, on his wife Birthday booked an order of Raisins Choco worth Rs-449/- on date 12/09/13 for the delivery on 13/09/13. But on 13/09/13 he did not received any gifts or assurance from their side, next day when i called up one of nos. given on website the executive replied me that this problem will dealt by meerut Official i also talked him on the no. provided by executive. The representative from meerut told me that your money will deposited in your account just in two days, after that i tried to contacted them so many times but all failed. SO, today on 27/09/13 after 12-15 days i am complaining for the same and demanding for my payment Because in these days whenever i called on the given nos. i received so many answers like " kal baat kariyega, office band hai, 2 din payment aapke account me aa jayega, 12-2 ke beech baat kariye etc." Therefore i urge to concerned authorities to take some positive action. I have ordered cake and flowers from this site on 3rd feb 2013 to be delivered on 18th feb and i have mentioned there that birthday is on 18th feb so please deliver it on 17th feb midnight. i paid 250 extra for midnight delivery but they are arguing that you placed the order incorrect.

Indiaflowergiftshop.com — non delivery of purchased item
i booked a gift on INDIAFLOWERGIFTSHP.COM on 13 feb 2012 which was supposed to be delivered on 14 feb 2012. full payment was made at the time of booking. till date gift has not been delivered. customer care no. of site is fake n no response of mails.
