Hi,

I have paid 1349/- online for flowers and bamboo plant yesterday night.

It accepted USA address and was thinking that it will be delivered tomorrow on mentioned address. It accepted USA country, state, code and everything..

When I try to contact on the number mentioned in the email, the lady was shouting very badly and was very rude.

Someone with name Aprita is talking very rudely .. I was trying to understand the issue and she was so impatient that she Started shouting at me and disconnected My call on face.

I ordered for a cake and flower delivery on 19th Feb 2017. They cancelled the order saying that midnight delivery was not possible in Gandhinagar(Gujarat). I raised for refund which I haven't received till date. I have attached the relevant email screenshots as attachement.

I have ordered online by paying rs.169 on 12.8.19 to www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for delivery of a rakhi to my brother on 14.8.19 at bangalore and till date the same is not delivered and neither the money is refunded.

I have emailed three times and attempted to contact over mobile, but all went in vein.

I want my money back and they must be penalised adequately so that the same is not recurring to any other customer

This type of online fraud gift shops must be stopped doing business.

I placed an order for delivery at Dankuni on 5th May, which they themselves cancelled without any information and said that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. The order was cancelled on May 10th and its June 15th now. Customer care service sucks. The lady at the other end disconnects my call just like that. I have called a 1000 times till now. You guys are such a loser.

I placed an order for a mother’s day combo ( flowers with dry fruits ) for INR 1295 my tracking ID is 2ygZQO, mother’s day was yesterday the 12th of May ( I selected same day delivery ) and today is 13th May 2019 no one delivered anything at all and no one even answers the calls in all the numbers posted on website.

They answered my call once and were very rude and asked to call back and again no one is answering now, I really wanted to surprise my mother in law please do something, please punish and close their fraud business and help me get my money refunded.

My order number is hbkt9w. I ordered 1 cake of cost 517 inr in the occasion of mother's day in ghaziabad. My delivery date was 12th of may. They committed the delivery within 7 pm to 9 pm. When i contacted to customer care they said your order has been dispatched and will be delivered by 9:30pm which so late. Still i said ok, but my order has been not delivered till 13 may. When i again contacted to customer care they were not picking up my call. They have not delivered the cake and not yet cancelled or refund my amount yet. Please look into this matter. I have seen many complaints about this website on internet.

I placed the order(CAKE), Tracking ID: hcBCEw on 22Mar19. Neither order delivered nor refund is processed. I kept calling them regularly but they didn't even care of delivery nor refund. I called them on -[protected], [protected] but no luck. If someone had received then dropped ridiculously without listening me totally in other words intentionally after knowing the issue. Somehow I got the number-[protected] of Mr Rahul, the concerned person or might be the owner of the firm. He attended my call gracefully. I thought now I would get my money back. But he made me fool for a week by saying call me in the evening, tomorrow. But refund day never came and now he stopped receiving my calls. Now I came to know, they are frauds. Everytime I put my query/feedback, but been deleted by them. Please help me out to get my money back.

Yeah. I agree with all the reviews. Its a fake company. Once u paid they did not response your call. Even they did not pick your call. I ordered a cake for 14 april 2019 (Today) but not delivered and when i asked they said yes it is delivered. How ridiculous is this. They have eaten my hard earned money. Never trust on this type of company. I will definitely file a complain against this company.

Me and my friend ordered a bday cake flower and teddy for someone yesterday at 11 p. M.
Total amount of order is rs 1380..
Although they take extra 300 charges for fast delivery..
Now we are still waiting for placing the order.
They literally cheat us.. Its not the right thing which they did to their customer..
I don't know whether it is fake or real company but from now we are not going to trust any online site or this types of companies..

Do your job properly but please don't hurt someone's emotions as me and my friend placed the order for our friend because we are not suppose to go their.. And now see what happens.

I ordered flowers for 14th feb 2019 and they didn't deliver it till now. When i called the customer care regarding the refund, i'm getting bad responses from the same lady on the phone and now they are not picking my calls.
I need my refund and would like to bring this issue in public so that no one will order anything from this website.
The lady on the phone is very rude.

We had ordered a combo gift cake, boquet and teddybear for my sister on feb 14 2019 for anniversary. Cake and boquet was delivered on time but they missed the teddybear and when we called the them for the deliver of teddybear the response given by them was very bad. They do not respect their customers, the lady who received the call used bad words on the phone. The customer support is very bad. Its been 4 days and still they have not delivered the doll and they disconnect the call every time we call. Worst website and worst customer support.

I request the concern person to look in to this matter and to take proper action.

I had ordered a combo worth Rs. 570 from this site, they have not delivered the combo nor receives the call... If by chance they receive it they are too rude to talk and neither listens to you and disconnect the call. Neither they reply to your message. I ordered the product on 14th Feb but still it has not been delivered. Just it's a money hacking site. Fraud people. There website should get blocked. Its a FAKE WEBSITE

Please do not go for this site on booking for flowers or any other gifts as they are a fake people and cheating on our money with no values.. Nobody answers your call and if answered they don't have even basic ethics to communicate.. They are 'fraud'.. I wastedy money without getting flower delivery on feb 14th which i had ordered.. You guys plz be aware and don't go for it..

I have ordered flowers from this website and i have already paid for that.
And
There it shows it will delivered on time,
Till now i didn't get any confirmation message from them.
And i'm trying to calling them to the number which they have provided in customer support. They are not picking up my calls.
I have sent mail to that website for my mails also they are not responding.
I'm totally cheated by that website.
I don't know it before that the website is fake. After seeing reviews only i came to know that that's the fake website.
Please help me with needful. And i have my payment information also.

Guys they are cheating people. Making them fool. Let's make a group and complain to the police station. We will force cybersecurity to shut the site and arrest these fraudsters. They hv eaten my harden earned money too. I hv already complain to consumer also. I request you people to please complain about them otherwise they will run their fake business like this.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the lady who take the call and deals with the customer.

Mostly they do not answer the calls and whenever they pick the call she speaks in a very bad tone and disconnects while we speak.

Neither a mail or msg has been sent after the order is placed and payment is completed.

After the placing of order has been done, i could reach them out and after 3 days when i finally got them on call, the lady told me that the cake or flower cannot be delivered.

Please dont ever go for this vendor to make any sort of order.

I would like to bring this to your attention that i ordered a cake on 25-dec-2018 from india flower gift shop (Address -22/279, jodhpur gardens, 2nd floor, kolkata, kolkata district west bengal, india - 700045)

My order tracking id is "aenpvv".
Cake was supposed to be delivered to me on 26-dec-2018 between 08 am to 12 pm. When it was not delivered to me on that day i checked my order status on http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/track-order.html it was showing as pending. On next day i. E 27 dec, when i checked the status again it was showing their as delivered.

Post that i called them ([protected]) & asked them about my order & the representative on the call told me that she will the check the same & will let me know. I haven't received any call back from them. Then i called again on the same number however they did not responded to my call.
Then i called on their other number ([protected]) from my other number. Another person picked up the call this time, i told him the whole story & he also told that he will check the same & asked me to call back after sometime. After half an hour i called them again & he told me that your product has been delivered (Showing on their website as mentioned above).
But i clearly told him that the cake has not been delivered to me so please refund my money (Rs 855). Now either they are not responding to my calls or saying we will check the same, however no resolution has been provided so far.

I was checking on the consumer complaints website & there are more than 125 complaints which have been registered against this shop over the last 2 years & no strict action has been taken against this shop & only 6 complaints has been resolved. I am expecting a resolution for this complaint & looking forward for your response. Please take some stringent action so that they don't make fool of other people as they have been doing it from quite a long time

Request you to refund my money which i have already paid through credit card (Rs 855).

I had placed an order of bouquet & sweets on 7th nov '18 for delivery to kerala on 14th nov '18. The delivery was not done and the customer executive was also not at all apologetic about not getting the order delivered and initiated a refund of money on 14th nov '18 (Received a mail from their support team saying my money - rs. 810, has been refunded and i will be receiving the money in 7-10working days).

On 28th nov '18, i send a mail to the support team ([protected]@indiaflowergiftshop.com) stating that the refund of money has not happened and called the customer care and reported the same. They said it will get credited in my account by 30th nov '18.

Till date i have not received the refund money. I called them today, 13th dec, '18 on their multiple numbers which no one answers usually. After a lot of trying i got through a person who picked up and the moment i mentioned my complaint they cut the call. And from then they are not answering calls.

This is very unprofessional and unethical way of working which is just not acceptable.
