[Resolved] Indiaideas.com Private Limited — False claim in credit card | |
Sir, Sub: False claim in my hdfc credit card by INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM. i have received a message alert from HDFC Bank stating " Thank you for using your HDFC Bank credit card for 2000.00 in INDIAIDEAS.COM LIMITED-TA @ 04-MAR-2009 01.42 PM". i have not atall used online transaction today noon i.e.04.03.2009. only after receiving this sms i have checked my account online and blocked my card. Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal? Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities. The Online Payment by major banks, Telephones, mobiles etc redirected to Billdesk for online payment. however when you make a payment, the payment goes to indiaideas.com. this is series violation. there is no mention in the payment site that the payment will be in the name of indiaideas.com. RBI must monitor these activities and advise or take the necessary action against theses financial institutions..

INDIAIDEAS claim transaction of Rs.4581/- on my ICICI credit card.This is not true. I dont know this company. I have not authorised them for automatic renewal.Please let me know how to contact INDIAIDEAS. Hi,

.
Requesting you look into this earliest and reverse the same ASAP.

I haven't done that transaction.
