[Resolved]  Indiaideas.com Private Limited — False ECS Deduction confirmation from my CITIBank Account

I have recieved sms from citi bank on 16th April 2010 saying that my ECS has been senctioned towards "INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED", but I have never done any business/trancsation with this company & this is false ECS approval. Similar deduction was made from my account on 19th March 2010. As per Citibank I was having the utility number as 4009134

I have already made stop payment request to Citibank now. Kindly suggest what shall I do to get the money back.

Today I have received an sms rom citi bank with the statement saying We confirm ECS debit on your CITI account no XXXXXX4556 on 12 Nov-19 for an amount of Rs 7500 which is a fraud. I checked and found the amount got deducted from my Citi Account. I have done no ECS and most informative and alarming is its showing HANA Bank as the creditor which
name I have never heard of. How to get the money debited back to my account.? Whuy on earth most of the posts shows is this kind of happening is with Citi Banks only is quite unfortunate
