Respected sir,
i have submitted my application for voters ID along with that of my wife .. Personel from EC have come to the st. pauls High school AND collected the application along with photos of myself my wife and my sons.
we were promissed to get ID card by 10-15 days but so far we have been void of right to VOTE IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY-INDIA WHERE WE WERE BORN AND BROUGHT UP.

Kindly suggest me how to file a complaint for the registration of First Information Report {F.I.R.} against a person who holds two voter cards with his/her photo identity on two different places since many years. I have documents proving his/her registrations in elector lists at two different places which are at District Ferozepur, Punjab and U.T. Chandigarh. Also, Please send detail of the voilation of related act.

Above mentioned are the details as per the voter searching online system. I tried several times to inquire about the original voter ID card at district collector office but in vain. The most significant failure in this matter is the contact person mobile number who is BLO is this case Piyush Vyas who has provided the wrong mobile number. It's his due diligence that the voter card reaches the right person in time. On inquiring on the given mobile number some one else picks the calls and on visiting the BOOTH(Deepak school, nava nikol) they say there is no one responsible for our society. We don't know anything about the status of the original Voter Id Card. I afraid there may be some misuse of the same. Request you to please take necessary actions on this and update us asap. Exact same thing happened with me. Original voter card missing. given duplicate voter card. father's name entered as husband's name. I have seen the exact same thing happened to other women. That is---duplicate card issued with father's name entered as husband's name.
I SUGGEST LETS ALL DO A PEACEFUL PROTEST IN FRONT OF ELECTION COMMISSION'S OFFICE TO BRING THIS ISSUE TO THEIR NOTICE. ORIGINAL VOTER CARDS ARE BEING MISUSED.
