[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — false promise of health plan

I have received a call from Mr Saaransh Indian Health Organization through mobile number [protected]. He said that IHO is lounching a healh plan where in customer can get free treatment all over india any Doctor any hospital. I enquired there must be some panel of hospitals and doctors? He replied that our organization is like WHO representing india and its our duty to make india a desease free. Due to high fee and medical expenses people avoiding to visit doctors that is why this scheme has be lounched first time in india. In the scheme 4 members of the family are covered. Each one will be issued a Card. That card will be accepted by all doctors and hospital no money will be paid directly by any customer. All expenses will be paid by IHO. On enquering he said that for first year premium will be Rs.6000/- and next renewal will be done for Rs. 3000/- and so on. He asked for Credit card details I hesitate to give these details. Then he given his senior to convience me. He was Mr Rahul Rastogi his mobile number is [protected]. I have given all details including OTP and made IVR payment of Rs. 6000/- through my card. I have received SMS for this transaction. He said that now a verification call will be followed from veryfication department. Ms Preeti Yadav has called up from a landline number[protected]. She started explaining the health care plan it was entirly advers two sales reprsentatives explained. She told that there is panel of IHO doctors and hospital only on those panneled doctors and hospitals customer has to visit. And its not free in case of hospitalization only 20% discount will be given. She assured the what she is telling is correct since she is from verification department. I shocked to learnt and requested for refund. She assured to arrange a call but I have not received any call. I therefore, request you to kindly, stop further processing and arrange to refund the amout debited from my credit card.
