Hi,
this is a complaint for iho membership I took couple of months back. Their executive miss-communicated me during the conversation we had for the membership.
During the call from iho executive to take the membership, I had specifically asked for gandhi nursing home at uttam nagar being on iho panel which I was confirmed by iho executive that it is on panel. The doctor at gandhi nursing home is our family doctor and we do not prefer to go to any other place.
On saturday 19th november, before going to the nursing home, I gave a call to iho customer care and to my surprise I was being told that the gandhi nursing home is not on iho panel. I got it checked with the nursing home also and they are not aware of iho. I had to pay from my pocket for the consultation at the nursing home.
I had placed a request for cancellation of my membership through mail but DID not receive any reply from iho from last 15 days. I had sent couple of reminder mails as well. When I spoke to their customer care, they say I can only cancel within 14 days of my membership.
Pls help me sort this case and get my money refunded.
