I have received a call on 10th June 2013 stating that there is health care preventive plan which is not insurance but is like prevention plan, i thought it would be good for my family, he told me that this plan is valid in all hospitals, all medical stores, all over India. i told him to call me and show me the same in website, he showed me and told me that the extra benefits he mention (all hospitals etc)will come in the document that is provided with welcome pack, i believed and he then insisted me for payment then and there, i said i'll pay it through website, he said me there is no such facility, he took my credit card details, then i said are you making payment, he said sir, you make the payment if you doubt and guided me to pay, however i made the payment of Rs 8000 for 2 years.in this process of payment there were three guys interchanging between the conversation i don't know why, they were Prashant, Rahul and i don't know the other guy. I was not given any acknowledgement of the payment through any mail but was said that that is registered in the website.
After, few days i received a welcome call from Parth, Headoffice thats what he said, i immediately told him am not at all satisfied with this policy I am denying the policy,the reason i told me was accepted by him and told me that the executive was wrong and action will be taken against prashanth, he also told me that he will take this to other department and i will receive a call within in 24 hrs, since then i was waiting for the call, i neither received a call nor was given proper acknowledgement for my denial of the policy. The customer care executive was lying to me saying that they made a call to me i didn't pick up the call. I am so frustrated with this company they are wasting my time, i've been calling them daily since 6 days.
Wonder here is What ever i wrote in this mail is seen by me with the every complaint that is registered regarding this organization.but unfortunately, i saw that after i had taken the policy.
I request you for full refund of Rs 8000 as early as possible.
I question the organization, after these many complaints registered on you where will you have reputation in public, i am writing this out of anguish and frustration.
