[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — Misleading / Miscommunication

Dear Sir/ Mam,

This is to inform you that I have been misguided and miscommunicated by Senior Executive of IHO Mr Rahul Gupta on 9th April 2012 that to avail free of cost consultation fee from any medical practitioner either MBBS, MD or MS. He promised me that after taking their subscription we can avail benefit of free of cost treatment from all specialized doctors. He claimed that it is a better option than mediclaim and misguided me in all respect. He also mentioned that even after taking the subscription in case I am not interested/satisfied to continue the offer then the entire amount will be refunded back within 14 days of receipt of welcome kit. He also mentioned that even if I am dissatisfied for 1% of what has been said then also our complete amount will be refunded back. I booked the subscription through my SBI credit card for my family for Rs. 6725/- for 2 years on the same date. He also mentioned that our conversation is being recorded to build my faith. Later on after confirmation from Customer Care Executive at [protected], I came to know that he had given me completely wrong information and booked the subscription.

On the same date I wrote the mail to [protected]@inadanhealthorganisation.com to reverse my complete amount and kept on writing the mails. I also kept on following up with their customer care executives and they forwarded my grievances to their complaint cell. Now they have offered me to reverse only Rs 2245/- out of Rs. 6725/- with an additional Thyro care card and the subscription will remain for 2 years. Whereas as per promised made to me for complete reversal without deducting any amount, I am not at all intrested/satisfied with this offer from IHO. I want my complete amount back. But personnel at IHO are refusing to reverse my complete amount and showing their helplessness. I need your help and support to get back my complete amount of Rs. 6725/-

SBI Card — Misleading and miscommunication

All of a sudden, I am shocked to see payment due of 28, 223.98 on my May statement while I had called SBI and cleared all my credit bills before travelling abroad . In September 2007, i was told I had paid excess of 22, 000 and so my balance was increased by 22, 000 . I had cleared all my dues in November 2007 once again after taking into account the excess that was paid in . The clearing balance was paid after SBI customner service person gave me the outstanding amount of that particular day .

In my indian trip this time, i noticed that my card was blocked and when checked they said they said there has been some problem on my accounts and will unblock in next few days ..but Now i am shocked to see a bill of 28, 223 online ..

My card number is [protected] . Can someone pl. help ? I will have to take this to consumer court if this is not resolved .

He promised me that after taking their subscription we can avail benefit of all most 50 % off on treatment from all specialized doctors. He claimed that it is a better option than mediclaim and misguided me in all respect. He also mentioned that even after taking the subscription in case I am not interested/satisfied to continue the offer then the entire amount will be refunded back within 14 days of receipt of welcome kit. He also mentioned that even if I am dissatisfied for 1% of what has been said then also our complete amount will be refunded back. I booked the subscription through my SBI credit card for my family for Rs. 6000/- for 1 years on the same date and time online without disconnecting the phone even no time given for thinking any thing . but letter on when i have call to their call center no for EMI of that rs 6000 as discussed by Rahul he directly refused and told me our executive will call you back for same. when his executive Parth called me he give the condition that i have to paid money by HDFC credit card then he will return my 6000 money and explain again about premium plan then i have paid Rs. 9000 by HDFC credit card for 2 years after that 7 days letter he return my rs. 6000 paid by SBI card but still Rs. 9000 taken by IHO in the form of EMI,
Hence currently i have paid 3 EMI (Rs1111.11 per EMI ) of Rs 9000 and rest are going on by EMI. but i am very unsatisfied with thier policy.
i have already doing mail from 08-August 2013 please cancelled my whole policy that time no any card printed and nothing are going on for me after long time communication by mail one day Bhasker saini bargaining about money and return Rs.3000 on 14-Oct-2013

But i am very unsatisfied while going to use their policy in hospital very much miscommunication, just for one day i will check their service for cold and cough but have gone about 10 palace all the hospital are either not listed or doctors are not present or hospital are permanently closed .there are several proof all are on my mail.

I need your help and support to get back my complete amount of Rs. 9000/- while i have paid only 3 EMI till now.

their every communication are misguided some listed are as below:-
1. as per IHO on medicine 8 to 12 % off but no any off on any medicine.
2. as per IHO on consultant i have got 50 % but either consultant are not present or falls commitment. or condition very critical no one can follow the same condition.
3. all given coupons are only 2 to 3 months validity from date of issue the card.
4.on lab we are getting 20-30% but either no any lab present on the city or critical condition for consumer.
5 they have only one type of doctors General physician for online support from 10 AM to 10 PM, but consumer have so many problem not only for General physician.

Means IHO no one condition are satisfactory. Please help.
