Indian Health Organisation — Money not Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I cancelled my health card dated[protected] they told me that after 40 days you get refund money. But upto now i have not received my money back. When i call them everey time they told me that you get a money back within 2-3 days.

So i requested you please solve the matter and refund my money back

I have a similar case. No one in this world is ready to accept the IHO card and provide the discounts promised. As I am not satisfied with the Card provided I had raised a request to cancel the card. Its been a week and the case is still open with IHO. Reading at the complaints people have I feel they will not refund the money.
Please suggest the right path to be followed to get the refund.
