I had taken membership of Indian health organisation last year. However did not get any membership card from them. This year on 12th June 2013 they again called me stating that they are from thyrocare and i will recieve 3 thyrocare vouchers since i was member of I.H.O. First i was reluctant because of my bad experience with I.H.O. However relying on name of thyrocare I took membership for 3 members from Indian Health Organisation by paying Rs.5100/- against which i was promised to get thyrocare vouchers for each members. My application refererence no. is 009114. I paid the money by credit card. However till date i have neither recieved the welcome kit nor thyrocare vouchers. When i first called their customer care they promised me to send e-vouchers within 48 hours. When i didnt get the vouchers i again called their customer care. This time the person on the phone said he doesnt have my payment details. I was very annoyed as i had paid by credit card so there was no question of not receipt of money. I put the phone down in frustration. After one hour i got call from I.H.O. confirming the payment and asking me to renew the membership for two years with add on card by paying Rs.5000/- more. I just denied and told them to send me the vouchers for which i have already paid the money. They promised me to send the vouchers by email within 2 days. However now more than 4 days have passed and i have not recieved any voucher from them. Kindly do the needful and justice Was this information helpful? |
