Sub : policy issued/despatched without our approval
And thereby fraudulently debited amount from credit card

This letter has reference with the above and would like to inform you that on 6th February 2012, we had requested to issue a policy, accordingly on payment from credit card – Rs. 4400/- and I had received policy.

Thereafter, very much surprised to receive another policy, without my knowledge and deducted Rs. 4400/- directly by you.

Since last three months, I have been requesting to return my money Rs. 4400/- - for which without my permission – your department had fraudulently deducted amount from my credit card.

Accordingly advice received from your customer care cell, I hereby returning complete kit alongwith all the four card [protected] TO 26.

Now, my humble request your goodselves to kindly send a cheque for Rs. 4400/- with the interest till the time issuance of cheque, at your earliest, at the above address.

I hope, you will accede to my request and do the needful, as early as possible.
