Indian — They telling to pay interest

i got education loan in 2009 the amount which 81000 in Vaniyambadi Indian bank, after one month i paid 2500 for interest amount,they told i[censored] want cancel the interest get sign from other branch,Thasildar,and etc,I thought interest was cancelled, i didn't see last 1 year, recently i opened net banking, in that 1,00314rs, I got Shocked, i don't know what to do.... directly i went to ask, they told for all same system, not for u alone government will not provide different system and u have to pay amount... plz help me,,
