I cosulted the branch manager of indian bank sihuli rafiganj aurangabad for loan on the basis of kvp. He made me wander fo 25 days and assured me to provide the same. But after 27 days he denied and used much slang language.
I therefore request the authority to take suitable action.

One transaction done on 02/04/2017, transaction id is 707321467054, rs. 905/-. Till today i have not received the amount.in this matter i have already complained online vied reference no. Is ibewe59093838087 and ibcwe59093839345. They replied that (Pl wait, your a/c will be credited). So kindly see this matter.

Indian Bank — My withdrawal transaction failure but my amount debited from account.

My respected sir/madam,
When i was adding money to paytm valet on 06/03/2017, my request rs - 5000 amount have failure, but my amount deducted/debited from my account no.6380309135, & atm withdrawal seq. No.- 706513429628. & atm id - 11353134, but still (Upto now) no reflect any amount in my account, as well as you can see my attached withdrawal request amount failure receipt.
So, i request to you refund my amount, i shall be obliged to you for this....

In kphb Indian bank branch when going then the people say server down nd 1 month back I lost my atm card nd next day I applied new card nd I hv msg to go nd collect ur atm card but there one boy one lady sitting on first cabin nd eating everytime nd saying wait for 2-3 hours server is down nd after 2-3 hours we r asking then he said come tomorrow it's like 5 time done nd I don't hv atm card is so difficult wht can we do now...

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Shivam having Indian Bank a/c no. 603906879. I have recharged my DishTV plan on 15th March 2017 for Rs. 1620. The transaction got failed. But till now its more than a month and I didn't receive any refund. I had already talked to the concerned parties(DishTV, PayU payment gateway, Indian Bank), & the conclusion is that the fault is from my Bank side. Now when I talked to my Bank Branch Manager, he told me that it will take 3-4 months to resolve the issue.
I am a student, & though a small amount, it costs a lot for me.
Kindly redress the issue related....

Sir! I received Rs. 12000 only in stead of Rs. 15000 in INDIAN BANK ATM in KOLATHUR (Station ID- S1AK0431) of Salem Dt. in Tamilnadu on 05/04/2017 at 8.18pm. I used my INDIAN BANK DEBIT CARD (card No. 6071 2350 3600 9341 and RECORD No. 7). My name- K.SELVAM. My Indian bank (KOLATHUR) account No.555802184. A yellow light was glowing in machine following my transaction. Machine is in damaged condition.Cellotapes are fixed on it. people face many problems for each transaction....

I Was Trying to purchase GT Gala Watch online from SNAPDEAL On 24.02.2017 Amount Rs.648.00 Was Debited from my bank account but the order was not confirmed.i was pulling from both ed from SNAP DEAL and INDIAN BANK.After a Month Of Followup i received a confirmation mail from snapdeal the they have already reverted the payment of rupees RS.648.00 and again i made a complaint in INDIAN BAnk regarding this issue. they said that it will take time now 1.5 months over but no replies from indian bank and again i made online complaint no.: IBCWE62793833243 on 27-03.2017 .But replies with incorrect data...

With regard to my admission into an MBA program at a premier Business school in Inidia, I approached the Kukatpally branch of the Indian bank in Hyderabad for an education loan. However, the Manager at the branch Mr. Manohar was least interested in answering to my queries. Although as per a Indian bank's circular, I can avail an education loan from any of the branches for an admission into the Institute that I received an admission from, I haven't received any confirmation from the bank, neither did the manager respond promptly to any of my requests.

Indian Bank — Atm card payment against purchase of petrol rs.600/- transaction failed in pos machine

I have purchased petrol from jayavel & sons petrol bunk, arur main road, dharmapuri dist, tamil nadu on 25/03/2017 at 09:56:16 tid:40520430 against my atm rupay card no. 6071231541011922.

While doing transaction in pos machine for rs.600/- the print out paper came as "cancelled" and "transaction failed". I have done second time for same amount on the pos m/c got successful. But for the first failed transaction also money is deducted from my indian bank a/c no.456377819.

Kindly do the reversal of debited amount rs.600/- at the earliest. A copy of failed transaction receipt...

at saterday afternoon i trying to withdrow money from state bank atm from my indian bank atm card . the message was showing that ' Unable to process'
but from my account amount will be dabited. i called to costmer care they will ask techqnical problem and give me a e-mail id "atmsc_mds@indianbank.co.in"
but yet now they do not give any response to me sir please help becouse i need my money its an emergency for me.

I want to state that i am the account holder priyanshu walia, of indian bank,
The problem i am facing is my money i received for my business purpose that is not shown in my account and my account is deactivated.
I checked my account balance from atm and i checked online also but they show only zero balance.
I also submitted cheque that is also not credited in my account.

I am subitha from chennai. I have tried to book flight tickets in jetairways website and used debit card transaction for payment of rs.8792 on march 6th 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I reached the branch and wrote a complaint but no status yet now. Please help me out to solve this. Its rs.8792. I have enquired jetairways on this but no ticket is booked, they said me to ask in bank. I have mentioned my transaction details below.

Iam astonished and surprised the way indian bank ashok nagar had dealt the 2 issues :-

1)

I gave ecs for lic housing finance from 10 march. I found that bank had not deducted the ecs. My sb a/c number is 462514908. There were sufficient funds with the bank. Iam srikanth and my mobile number is 0091984076846

2)

Indian Bank — Locker at Sector 59 Noida

I am holding the account with Indian Bank since more 2008 and I have locker since more than 5 Years.

Today i.e. 9th Mar 2017 at near 5 PM, we received the attached speed post letter from Indian bank where it was mentioned that Bank is shifting from D51, Sector 59 to D112/9, Sector 61 and we should vacate our lockers before 7th Mar 2017, and in case if we fail to do that bank will arrange the shifting of locker with content at customer’s risk.

Here my concern is that bank have sent me the letter 2 days after the due date mentioned in the letter (i.e. 7th March 2017)...

Indian Bank — Net banking activation problem

I have activated my netbanking at indian bank two weeks ago using my atm card but now when i try to use it it says:
Error 108: internet banking is not enabled. Please contact your branch.
Why is this? This is totally uncalled for and is very confusing.
If i have activated why does it say not enabled?
