Indian Bank — Poor Service

There is no proper response to customers in the INDIAN BANK located @ Puzhal. Nothing happens as per process. Especially the person in the cash depositing counter is very bad. Eventhough he is doing the same job for more than 5 years, he is very slow in entering the data in computer. He is taking too much time for each & every customer. This makes the customers to get irritated. Kindly look into it...

I tried to Add money on my paytm wallet on 28th December 2016 but went failed twice. But amount got deducted from Indian Bank A/C N- 6318875539
By the Name of Ramesh Gautam.

After a month I got a Msg from Paytm related to refund. PayTm informed that they have refunded Amount but Bank will process the same. Yet the amount has not been credited. Please do let me know when i will get my 1000 rupees ????????????????????????????????...

I have made complaint on 25th January 2017 through e-mail and also written letter to my Indian Bank Noida sector 19 on 31st January 2017 regarding my failed transaction. Since then there is no response either from their customer service nor from Indian bank, sector 19 Noida.

Earlier I have booked an Air tickets through Paytm on 24th January 2017....

I ordered for a mobile phone for an amount of Rs.10999 and it had been paid via online to M/s snap deal on 09-01-2017 through Indian bank ATM/debit card bearing the number Debit card/ATM card No.6071051857017515 towards the purchase of a Le Eco Le2 mobile.

Later, the order was cancelled and M/s snap deal has informed that the amount of Rs.10999 has been refunded back to my account vide refund reference No.700910042756...

On 14Jan 2017, i booked a mouse on flipkart and cancelled it for some reason.I contacted flipkart about refund and they said they have remitted the amount to bank and they will credit your account in 10 days.It's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 30th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed...

As per Government of India announcement``, I tried to take cash of Rs 2000 at "Big Bazaar" Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. on 27-November-2016 with My Debit card NO: 5044339103161943235, transaction has cancelled and got statement like "Cash-Reversed" But I checked the statement and It's mentioned as "Point of Purchase" and Rs 2000 has taken from My Account, I checked with Big Bazaar, got "Payment not received letter". I submitted the Proofs and raised a Complaint with Indian Bank, Mannady Branch four times. But they won't responding properly. Asst Branch Manager and Chief Manager is not answering...

Indian Bank — Not refunded money even though ticket has been raised [Resolved]

On 13 Jan 2017, i have tried booking IRCTC ticket and transaction was canceled by the bank but money got deducted it's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 18th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed.

I am taking rigorous follow-up on mail and so far drafted more than 20 emails but no reply.

We have ordered for swiping machine before 70 days itself, and we have also given a complaint to indian bank Devarshola-643207 for the delay of swipe machine.It becomes very difficult for us and the people coming to our shop to buy products.We are retail shop owners and hence kindly provide swipe machine to our area where more people live.

I tried to withdraw cash using Indian Bank ATM card from ATM ID 03246022 with SEQ NO 700920018086 on 09/01/2017 but ATM machine did not dispensed cash . But after sometime i got a message of cash deduction from account . I tried to contact customer support number next day but Indian Bank Customer Service numbers were not reachable. Even from last two days i am trying to contact on Indian Bank Customer support numbers (1800 4250 0000, 1800 425 4422) but these are not reachables . please resolve this issue....

Indian Bank — Irresponsible behavior of customer care executive

Hi,
My account was wrongly debited twice for Rs.1330.
I called on the Tollfree customer care number, the Guy just picked my call kept the phone on & didn't respond. He literally wasted my 23 minutes.
When i called again i got the same irresponsible, irrational reponse.
These customer care executives are hired to help the customers & not waste their time or make fun of them.
It would be better if Indian Bank took more effort in employing the right people.
& keep a check on how they are handling customers.
If this is going to continue, surely Indian...
