      I’ve ordered an item in Amazon from my Indian bank debit card. I have canceled the product and Amazon has initiated my refund on 06.10.2021 but it isn’t reflected in my account.

      It has been more than 1 week since amazon has processed my refund but indian bank has not credited it into my account.

        Dear Sir,

        On Saturday, 09th September 2021 i deposited Rs. 50, 000.00 at Mathur
        MMDA Indian Bank ATM, after depositing the cash i got the error
        message Sorry i have been serviced. I have enclosed the images.

        After that I received the slip from the CDM stating that A System
        Problem Occurred, please contact Branch Manager.

        To check whether the cash is inside the CDM machine, again i deposited
        Rs.500.00 to my account, but that amount is credited.

        I request you to kindly look into that issue and credit my amount to
        my savings account.

                I have made a transaction today on 6th oct 2021of rs.10, 000 from ICICI BANK to INDIAN BANK, amount has been debited from my account but i haven't receive 10, 000 amount in my account of INDIAN bank.

                  I didn't receive my refund amount which was issued by Amazon on 28th September, 2021. Reference id- TRM559TG000KTOT60S4. Amount(split into 2 amounts 1699+599)- Rs.2298.

                  On 5th Oct 2021, I have done a payment of Rs.6000 from Indian Bank through Google pay around 7p.m., the transaction got failed but Amount was debited from my account and the receiver didn't receive the amount. And also not credited to mu source account.

                  Kindly look into this ASAP.
