I deposited rs.15000 on 09092000 for which rip receipt no. 494230 was issued with folio no rip/41/139 for maturity value rs 20172 and maturity date was 09092003, as i was busy with my kids education i forgot to present it to branch and as my husband was posted to different branches of your bank and got retired in 2015, he also could not help me in this regard.Now he went to ghaziabad branch so many times but they are not helping him in getting the work done, and mention different excuses as the rip was in manual, later it was transfered to tbc and then migrated to cbs system. Indian Bank — Amount deducted but cash not dispensed

I tried to withdraw cash using Indian Bank ATM card from ATM ID 03246022 with SEQ NO 700920018086 on 09/01/2017 but ATM machine did not dispensed cash . But after sometime i got a message of cash deduction from account . I tried to contact customer support number next day but Indian Bank Customer Service numbers were not reachable. Even from last two days i am trying to contact on Indian Bank Customer support numbers (1800 4250 0000, 1800 425 4422) but these are not reachables . please resolve this issue....

My father account have been taken 18000 in five transaction, by asking OTP number. Is there anyway to recover & how to complaint.

Indian Bank — Irresponsible behavior of customer care executive

Hi,
My account was wrongly debited twice for Rs.1330.
I called on the Tollfree customer care number, the Guy just picked my call kept the phone on & didn't respond. He literally wasted my 23 minutes.
When i called again i got the same irresponsible, irrational reponse.
These customer care executives are hired to help the customers & not waste their time or make fun of them.
It would be better if Indian Bank took more effort in employing the right people.
& keep a check on how they are handling customers.
If this is going to continue, surely Indian...

I Apply my debit card apply date 23/12/2016, still i dint receive my ATM card I check my home branch in Thiruporur pin code-603 110 this bank manager is not responding and wrongly behavior to me he say you close your account like this response very poor please take action immediately this manager and short out my problem, please reply this email with in a days. other wise i will forward to this email in reserve bank of India.

Indian Bank — Not given account statement detail [Resolved]

As i am account holder of indian bank, i went to indian bank (Ulsoor branch, bangalore) near by my location for taking my account statement detail. They said that you have to go to your branch specified in passbook. I told them now core banking facility is available but they denied for the same. For me my specified branch is very far. Even they said we cant accept your net baking form as well....

I am Elakkiya.V from Mappedu, I owing an Indian Bank Account with no 6411236506 and i requested for net banking . They provided a secret login password. They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an Error:109 Inactive or Pending activation error . So i contacted Indian Bank Branch Manager, he says that it will be activated by 9-12-2016 . But till now i could not able to access that . Please help me on that. Dear sir i have account at indian bank for last 8 years

Every time they refused that do not able to withdrawl money more than 2000 cos of cash shortage but to other people they allot more than 10000 and not listening and responding people. It's a request from head branch kindly issue as per people what they requires at least when we have a limits to withdrawl upto 24k per week since i m not withdrawld any cash yet other banks are better and service is good too well i changed my mind to set my account to state bank from indian bank.

Like me lots of people are suffering...

Our family members are having 8 Savings Bank Accounts and FDR accounts with your Usha Nagar Branch, Indore including Senior Citizen.

We had given 3 FDR forms on 24.11.2016 amounting to Rs. 5.00 lacs but till date FDRs have not been prepared and given to us.

We had given 1 RD form on 03.11.2016 but the same was misplaced wee told by the branch staff for submitting new form. The new form was given on 24.11.2016 but till date the account has not been opened and pass book has not been given.

We have requested at many occasions for entry in the pass book...
