Indiaplaza — The status of my orders says "Shipped" but I have not received the consignment

It is almost two months since my order (just two books) from Indiaplaza not yet delivered. I have called may be 15 times to their call center and ticket is been created. But, no body cares. Every time they say in two days they will solve the issue. But, no body calls. Now they say my ticket itself is invalid. So, I have created new ticket. My old ticket no is IN[protected] and new ticket no is CNT[protected].

Each call their call center is a hell. No body knows what is the issue and I need to explain them again and again. Once, they connected to the manager, he promised me 2 days. But, nothing happens.

No manager is accessible to talk, the agents don't know what they have to do.

I am fed-up with these people.

Can some body let me know how to solve this issue and get my books or my money back?

I will never buy any thing from this site Indiaplaza again
