I had ordered on 31st may and also get the confirmation in my email and also you are deduct the amount from my credit card. Buy today I have seen that you are cancelling my order without any information and intimation. You are not the authority to automatically cancelled my order without any notification. I have discussion with your customer care team, they told at that time call me after some time but till no one can call me. Please process my order otherwise I may share this type of cheating on social network and complaint at consumer forum.
After discussion with Customer care executive lady, she told me that the product is outofstock, but this product is available in your website. you are cheating with the customers. this is a reputation issue. please clarify otherwise ready for consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
