[Resolved] Indiaplaza. In / Psp — delay in shipping product | |
i had ordered a PSP at www.indiaplaza.in on 10.4.2010 which was confirmed after online credit card payment. the product is yet to reach me in spite of their having shipped it on 22.4.2010, 12 days after the order. during the initial delay i'd asked their customer care no[protected] to cancel the order but they kept doing delaying tactics. these indiaplaza guys are really a bunch of crooks who have a pathetic 'custcare' service and i think they are just out to con anyone visiting their site. they've a bangalore contact no which is mostly unattended- if one is lucky to contact someone, only false assurances and moronic (? on purpose) answers are given. i had to ring them up daily, abuse them left, right & center to get my refund on the unshipped PSP. their site should be blacklisted and they should be sued for refunds- but how to go about it

I really not suggest doing any transaction with indiaplaza.in. They are really trying to cheat us. I have order a product [Kids Laptop] on 9th April to gift my nephew. But it already May 10th, the product is not yet delivered to me. I had my payment using CC and paid to bank too
I called them more than 3 times to customer care. They simply apologized for this when ever i ask the product to ship.
It is one of the worst service by indiaplaza.in.
Actually i plan to file a case against them in consumer court.
