Indiaplaza — No delivery of the purchased product | |||
Indiaplaza is a BIG FRAUD online gift portal website. I have ordered a gift item on 4th February and the gift was not delivered till one month. I raised complaint ticker several times and each time get a standard textual reply (like an auto reply). I tried calling the customer care more than 10 times and not a single time was I able to speak to any representative. Your call will remain unattended. In March first week I got a mail from this company saying we are unable to process your request and there will refund your money in 2-3 weeks time. Still they are refunding my money. The website is a PURE FRAUD one and is utlizing customer funds without interest. I am in Hyderabad but understand that this FRAUD company is in Bangalore. I noticed that this company has done similar things to other consumers also. Was this information helpful? | |||

INDIA PLAZA — No delivery
I have placed an order with India Plaza a month back, I still have received my order till data, I wrote to them tried calling them, but no one is responding. The amount for the same is already debited from my account.
