I amde online booking for 2 nos books on indiatimes shopping:1)The immortals of Meluha&2)The secret of Nagas on 02/02/2013.I received The secret of Nagas in English whereas The immortals of Meluha was delivered in Marathi which was not required by me.Subsequently i lodged a complaint no 686978 and was asked to return the book bak for replacement. I incured expense of Rs90/ to courier the book.Again i was informed that vide order no [protected] on 08/03/2013 the book is being sent .On 14/03/2013 i received the book which is again in Marathi.I called the customercare of indiatimes to lodge a complaint,they did not listen and said that the case has been closed. I wish for replacement of the book and reimbursement of courier charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
