Indiatimes Shopping — refund of money - on return of damage phone

Hi,

This is in reference to my order no.:[protected] of Dual Sim iFone GSM Multimedia Mobile Phone purchased from Indiatimes shopping - online.

I received this product on 22/7/2009 but after around 5 days the product was not at all working properly and so i return the same & then i dicided to cancel my order since the way indiatimes executive spoken to me was that "if you will not recd the product with in 10days we will return your money back he was so rude", & and after lots of follow up for my money i got the call from courier guy that he has some book for me, I recd the product on 12th day but it was not the same phone which i order or asked for, but there was same problem the phone was not at all working and can be used.

I return the product on 10/09/09 with all the Accessories but seens then i am trying to reach Indiatimes Shopping but whenever i am trying reach the call ( no.:[protected] gones on IVR and we have hold the line for more then 30 to 45 mins but still you will not reach out Indiatimes shopping executive.
