Indiatimes Shopping — non refund of money against cancellation of order | |
I ordered one baby laptop in the indiatimes shopping portal around 6 weeks back(order no[protected] and I did receive a mail against the order confirmation . Within one week time I received another mail stating that the order has been cancelled due to Non serviceable and they will refund back the money in the form of GC within 48 hours. In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I didn't get back the refund. This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything. They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering. Now I don't know what to do next! May I have to take legal action against them. Was this information helpful? | |

Indiatimes — non refund of money against cancellation of order
I ordered for a Firsttrack Watch in the indiatimes shopping portal on sometime end of Jan'11 ; Order no[protected]Within next one week, I received a call informing me that the order has been canceled due to unavailability( not in stock ) and they will refund back the money.
In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I havent got back my refund amount.
This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything.
They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering.
Can anyone suggest me, how can i get my money back.
