Indiatimes Shopping — DEFECTIVE DELIVERY NOT REPLACED | |
my order number is [protected] for receiving pendrive and it was delivered in two days time. But i found the delivered goods defective. I am sending many mails to Indiatimes shopping '[protected]@indiatimes.co.in' '[protected]@indiatimes.co.in' , but till now no response. Even i tried toc all their office many times and no one cared to attend the call. VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE AND POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE. They are thinking Indians are and can be fooled easily by selling low cost products. Some one has to stop this non sense online selling of low quality products which are pushed to indian customers.
