Indiatimes Shopping — DEFECT MOBILE DELIVERED AND REPLACEMENT DRAMA AND SENT SAME PRODUCT AS IT IS

Dear ALL,

My most horrible experience with INDIATIMES SHOPPING.



Yesterday (13th March,10) I have received my replacement that is after a month. Most pathetic experience with INDIATTIMES - PRODUCT IS SENT AS IT IS without repairing or replacing it.

ON 8TH FEB COMPLAINT LODGED YOUR REFERENCE 125393

DEFECT PRODUCT Was sent as per process on : AWB NO [protected]/02/10)

FOLLOWUP CALL For not RECEIVING GOODS with in 10 days : 20/02/10 Complaint No 144186

PRODUCT SENT TO ME 13/03/10 – Complaint lodged 173175



Through experience with indiatimes is pathetic.

yes they are really horrible!!! Its a times group company and how come they are accepting this kind of sales and services.
Same is my condition. Even I bought a phone in December 2009. Still I am struggling hard to get the refund or my phone back in repaired condition.

Nobody helps!!!
