Indiatimes Shopping — Defective product shipped and not replacing/refunding | |||
I purchased a Heater from Indiatimes shopping which was delivered damaged. Upon calling the customer support they were unable to log a complaint for 5 days as their system was not running. When I was finally able to register the complaint, they promised they would replace the product in 5-7 days. It has been 60 days and even after over 100 phone calls and emails, there is no change in the situation. I wrote to the escalation manager and even to the MD of times group, but it seems that the culture of neglecting customer service flows from the top. Pathetic experience.
