Hi,
I have made a purchase at shoppingIndiatimes.com ,online almost a month back for purchase of books .
1- Inspite of flat 30% advertisement they charged full amount to my credit card .This is after promo codes were punched on the web on given date.
2- When we called up the call centre they said , it has to be customers fault only .They asked us to cancel the order and take refunds.
3- Now even after such a long time and constant reminders from us on mail, there is no reponse.
Horrible but if that is the standard of service ,its better to not use this website.Wish if someone from the organisation can help
