Indiatimes Shopping — non delivery of product and refund of paid amount | |||
I placed an order for subscription of a magazine withe Indiatimes on 12the October. The first issue was committed to be delivered by 19the November (35 days after placing an order). I waited patiently. on 12the November I received a message theat thee product will be delivered withein 4 days. Product was not delivered. On 21st I called up theese guys again to know thee status of delivery, theey had no clue. I asked theem to cancel thee order, and committed a refund by 28the November by theeir service manager Swati Ratlani. its been 15 days, and no sign of product or refund. I called up again, and theey say theere is no such remark for refund mentioned. They also said about not being able to track thee shipment. I seek refund of my order: [protected]. Devanshu.
