This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased Farlin Baby Diaper Pants 1 - S (Blue) (pack of three)from the website https://shopping.indiatimes.com on 09th January 2013 with Order ID No [protected] and the packet was delivered to me on 11th Jan 2013 but in the packet there was only one Baby Diaper, i called them up on 11th itself to update about the partial delivery but after 7-8 minutes of wait the call got disconnected (As all the agents were busy), then on 12th morning again I called them and updated the issue and the case id was raised by them and a case manager was appointed by them, now every other day the case manager is changed and they are not updated and provide wrong information and now they say that you have got the proper delivery as the packet contains only one diaper. I also sent them the screenshot of the website where it has been clearly mentioned that the packet contains 3 pcs, but they are not listening to my grievances and lingering on the issue for no reason, I feel that I have been fooled and cheated by wrong commitments of the company and strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies making money from wrong intentions and luring the customers.
