I have filed a request to return a blackberry 8830 phone to the indiatimesshopping.com. They picked the product on 22.8.2011 and had told to refund the money before 31.8.2011. Still i have not received the refund. Whenever i call to customer care, they ask me to wait for 48 hrs to receive a feedback call.
