Indiatimes Shopping — REFUND after order cancellation

Sir,
I have cancelled an order worth Rs 1500/- (Multi-purpose tool kit) from indiatimes online shopping on 10th Jan'2012 after delivery. they have changed the status of order on their webpage as cancelled but neither my refund has come nor they have picked their delivered item.

Requesting for some clarification.
